At Kids Education Fun, we support the protection of the rights and respect of creators and content owners.
If you believe that content on our website violates your copyright or intellectual property rights, we’re here to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
How to Submit a Takedown Request
If you’d like us to remove content that infringes on your rights, please send us an email with the following information:

What to Include in Your Request:
- Tell Us What Content
- Share the specific page links (URLs) where you found the content
- Describe the content clearly so we can locate it easily
2. Explain the Problems
- Let us know how this content infringes upon your rights.
- Please provide any additional information that helps us understand your concern.
- Your Contact Information
- Your full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional but helpful)
- Proof of Ownership
- Send us proof that you are the creator/owner of the content or confirm that you are authorized to act on the rights on behalf of the owner.
- Two Crucial Statements
- “I believe in good faith that this use of my content is not authorized by me, my agent, or the law.”
- “The information contained in this request is accurate, and I am either the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
Our Review Process
When we receive a takedown request,
- We’ll evaluate it quickly and reply within 3–5 business days.
- We Might Ask Questions—If we need more information, we’ll get in touch with you.
- We’ll Take Action: If your request is valid, we’ll either remove the content or restrict access.
- We’ll Let You Know – You’ll receive confirmation once we’ve taken action.
If Your Content Was Wrongly Removed
Made a mistake? It happens! You can send us a counter-notice if you believe your content was removed by error.
Include in your counter-notice:
- Description of the content that was removed
- Where it used to appear on our site
- A statement that you believe was removed by mistake
- Your contact information (name, address, email)
Statement: “I hereby confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that I am the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
Important Notes
- We’re Fair but Firm – We evaluate all inquiries fairly; however, submission does not ensure removal.
- No abuse, please – Fake or mischievous requests will be declined
- We put kids first. We have young children and are extremely concerned about safety and legality.
